This Privacy Policy explains how Cashflow Syndicate LLC, operating under the brand AmplifyREI and providing the Sophia Property Analyzer™ service (collectively, “Sophia,” “we,” “us”), collects, uses, and shares information when you use our website and application (the “Service”). This page is maintained by Cashflow Syndicate LLC to answer common privacy questions about Sophia Property Analyzer™.

1. User Accounts

To use Sophia you create an account. We collect your name, email address, and a hashed password (or, if you sign in with Google, a verified email and profile identifier). We use this information to authenticate you, secure your account, communicate service notices, and provide customer support.

2. Subscription Billing

Paid subscriptions are processed by Stripe, Inc.We do not store your full payment card number. We receive and store a Stripe customer ID, subscription status, plan tier, renewal date, and the last four digits / brand of your card as returned by Stripe. Billing data is processed under Stripe’s privacy policy as an independent controller for payment processing.

3. Property Data Providers

When you submit an address for analysis, we query third-party property data providers (including, without limitation, RentCast and public-records aggregators) to retrieve property characteristics, sales history, and comparable listings. We send the address you submit to these providers and store the responses against your analysis report. We do not control these providers’ data practices and recommend reviewing their privacy policies if you have specific questions about the underlying data sources.

4. AI Processing (OpenAI and Other Providers)

Sophia uses large language models, including models provided by OpenAI and other AI gateway providers, to generate analysis narratives, repair estimates, negotiation guidance, and report summaries. To produce these outputs we transmit relevant inputs — such as the property address, characteristics returned by data providers, and any notes you add — to the AI provider. We do not knowingly transmit your payment information, password, or unrelated account data to AI providers. We use providers that contractually agree not to train their foundation models on our API traffic.

5. Cookies and Analytics

We use strictly necessary cookies to keep you signed in and to remember session preferences. We may also use first-party and privacy-respecting third-party analytics to understand aggregate usage (for example, which features are used and where errors occur). Analytics data is used in aggregate form to improve the Service and is not sold.

6. Data Retention

We retain account information for as long as your account is active and for a reasonable period afterward to comply with legal, tax, and accounting obligations. Analysis reports you generate are retained in your account until you delete them or close your account. You may request deletion of your account and associated personal data at any time by contacting us at the address below; we will fulfill the request subject to legal retention requirements (for example, billing records required by tax law).

7. Sharing of Information

We share information only with service providers that help us operate the Service (hosting, database, authentication, payment processing, property data, AI inference, email delivery, error monitoring). We do not sell your personal information. We may disclose information when required by law, to enforce our Terms of Service, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of our users or the public.

8. Your Choices

You can update your profile, change your password, manage your subscription through the Stripe-hosted billing portal, and delete your account from the account settings page. Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have additional rights to access, correct, port, or delete your personal information.

9. Children

Sophia is not directed to children under 16 and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

10. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be communicated by updating the “Last updated” date and, where appropriate, by email or in-app notice.
