Terms of Service

1. Subscription Terms

Paid plans (Starter, Pro, Elite) are billed monthly in advance through Stripe and renew automatically until cancelled. Pricing and included monthly credits are described on our Pricing page. You may cancel at any time through the Stripe-hosted billing portal accessible from your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period; you retain access to your plan’s features through that period.

2. Credit Usage

Each property analysis consumes one credit. The Free plan grants 10 lifetime credits. Starter includes 30 credits per month, Pro includes 100 credits per month, and Elite includes 250 credits per month subject to the Acceptable Use section below. Monthly credits reset at the start of each billing cycle and do not roll over. Credits have no cash value and are not transferable between accounts.

3. Refund Policy

Subscription fees are non-refundable, including for partially used billing periods and unused credits. If you believe you were charged in error or experienced a material service failure, contact us at support@sophiarei.com within 7 days of the charge and we will review your request in good faith. Refunds granted at our discretion are made through Stripe to the original payment method.

4. Not an Appraisal

Sophia is a software tool that produces estimates and analyses based on third-party data and AI-generated outputs. The Service is not a real estate appraisal, broker price opinion (BPO), or valuation prepared by a licensed appraiser, and may not be used as such. ARV estimates, repair estimates, comparable selections, and offer recommendations are informational only. Any real estate decision should be confirmed with a licensed appraiser, real estate professional, and your own due diligence.

5. No Legal, Tax, Financial, or Investment Advice

Sophia does not provide legal, tax, accounting, financial, or investment advice. Outputs of the Service are generated by software and AI models and may contain errors or omissions. You are solely responsible for evaluating the suitability of any property, transaction, or strategy and should consult qualified licensed professionals before acting on information provided by the Service.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, in no event will Cashflow Syndicate LLC, AmplifyREI, or their affiliates, officers, employees, or providers be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or business opportunity, arising out of or related to your use of the Service, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total aggregate liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the greater of (a) the amounts you paid us for the Service in the 3 months preceding the claim or (b) USD $100. The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, and non-infringement.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• resell, sublicense, or redistribute the Service or its outputs as a standalone product;
• scrape, crawl, or automate access to the Service except through documented APIs;
• circumvent credit limits, rate limits, or authentication mechanisms;
• use the Service to violate any law, third-party right, or applicable real estate, fair housing, or consumer-protection regulation;
• share account credentials or allow more than one person to use a single account;
• use the Service to generate misleading appraisals, valuations, or marketing materials that misrepresent the nature of the output; or
• use the Service to train competing AI models.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules or that abuse high-volume plan usage in a manner inconsistent with normal individual or small-team use.

8. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its software, branding, and report templates, is owned by Cashflow Syndicate LLC and is protected by intellectual-property laws. You retain ownership of inputs you submit and of the analysis reports generated for your account, subject to our right to operate, improve, and secure the Service.

9. Termination

You may terminate your account at any time from account settings. We may suspend or terminate access for violation of these Terms, non-payment, or to comply with law. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (limitation of liability, disclaimers, intellectual property, governing law) will survive.

10. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated by updating the “Last updated” date and, where appropriate, by email or in-app notice. Continued use of the Service after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
